At one of our MOPS (Moms of Preschoolers) meetings at church we had a police officer come talk to us about child safety, etc. Afterwards the kids were able to play in his car and ask questions.
I’m hoping that this is the only time my 3 boys are in the back of a police car!
The kind officer also gave police badge tattoos to the kids. When we went home I took Lincoln upstairs to put him to bed and the boys asked if they could put on one of the tattoos. In hindsight just saying, “yes,” was a serious rookie mistake. I know my boys and you must be VERY specific with them. I hadn’t specified where they could tattoo themselves. The most appropriately placed tattoo can be seen below, on Jack’s eye. And let me tell you, the placing just went downhill from there. When I came downstairs to find two boys who had tattooed their, um, private parts I shouldn’t have been surprised. Long story short I was quickly introduced to “officer <insert body part here> Jackson” and “sargent <insert body part here> Baron.” Sign. . .
Gaga bought the boys awesome Halloween costumes this year. Jackson’s arrived first and he’s gotten SO much use out of it! Super cool Iron Man!
This is Tiffany, she’s pretty much a member of our family these days. She’s been Lincoln’s physical and speech therapist since last January. She used to come to our house 2-3 times a week and now comes only 2-3 times a month. She is just precious and such a blessing and all of us adore her. Lincoln crawls up into her lap immediately each time she comes.
It’s so awesome that Paw Paw put THREE swings on our swingset. I can’t even imagine the fights that would ensue if there were only two like on most sets.
But instead my boys can happily all swing at once!
