For Labor Day this year we went to the bay to spend some time with Paw Paw and Nan. We had a blast as usual!
Jay working away at his home away from home.
Lincoln, like his big brothers, adores his Aunt Ree Ree and Uncle Dennis.
Ree Ree playing with the bigs.
The bigs playing with the “brostache app.”
Bear will follow his Paw Paw anywhere. . .
We spend a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful porch and watching the water.
As usual, Nanny had lots of gifts and surprises for the boys.
Hmm. . .
Building a castle with blocks.
Eating the blocks. . .
The bigs were both sporting new, short hair cuts.
The pool is always a favorite!
Dinka and Daddy.
Cousin Carter was able to come play for a day.
All 5 of us just love to be outdoors and Nanny and Paw Paw have such beautiful property.
Of course, this is how Jackson swings on the rope.
And then I freaked out and made him put on a helmet to swing upside down. . .over concrete.

Scuba Jack.
Lincoln gets lots of love from his Nan.
Ree Ree and Carter enjoying the pool.
Lincoln loved Uncle Heath.
Redheads unite!
Jay with his great nephew. I teased Jay about being a great uncle and how old that sounded. Unfortunately, I then realized that due to us being married, I am actually a Great Aunt. Yep, we’re both old!
Carter is 2 so he’s right between Baron and Lincoln age wise. It’s going to be so much fun when all 4 boys are running around and playing together!
Jay teaching Charlotte how to use her new kindle.
On our last day Nanny and Paw Paw’s sweet neighbors took the bigs out on the bay. Bear got to go tubing and Jackson got a surfing lesson.
I love the pictures of Jackson learning to surf.
While we were there Nanny baked a birthday cake for Jackson. One afternoon he asked if he could help himself to a, “small slice.” Well, apparently his idea of small is actually huge and his idea of a logical place to cut it from was smack dab in the middle. Funny guy. . .
Sweet Lincoln was so proud and excited to be learning to walk.
One last swim before we had to leave.
Of course, Lincoln can find dirt to get into anywhere he goes.
Goodbye loves from Paw Paw.
Yet another fun filled family weekend!
