One day the boys and I had to run several errands and it started raining. Instead of running for cover I let the bigs just play (it was hot outside anyway). They had a blast running, jumping and playing in the rain at the shopping center.
Recreating our solar system in a parking lot with our classical conversations friends.
Jackson’s planet poster.
One day, Lincoln was so tired that he didn’t even wake up when I brought him in from the car. I ended up changing his diaper and he didn’t even stir. Sweet sleepy little man.
Jackson is VERY into making breakfast for the family these days. He gets up most mornings and makes eggs or pancakes. He’s so proud of himself and as you can see in these pictures he usually makes a mickey mouse pancake for Bear.
Rub a dub dub, 3 men in a tub.
You can tell that he’s an Adams man by the way he gravitates towards the fishing pole.
One morning the boys dressed up in “duck dynasty” clothes and played duck dynasty ALL.DAY.LONG.
Not sure if I’ll ever stop taking sleeping pictures of Dink. He’s just such a love bug and I just can’t stand how precious he is-even asleep.
Gaga sent the boys a scarecrow and they were so exctied! Here is “Stuky Dan,” as they named him, before he was fully stuffed.
Gaga also bought Baron an Avitar (coincidentally enough, Jay and I were at the theater with Uncle Jer watching that movie when I was in labor with Baron) costume for Halloween.
One of our neighbors had a party and Jay and I dressed up as “black eyed peas.” Not too original but super easy and cheap!
Fun dad Jay carving a pumpkin with the boys.
One day at school Jackson’s friend, Caleb taught the kids how to count (and write) to ten in Chinese.
Jackson’s self portrait, drawn for art class at school.
Working on a nature project for science class.
Phew, October was super fun but very busy!
