This year we decided to go to Plano for Christmas and Santa was kind enough to come to our home in Austin when we got back.
The boys had fun putting out the reindeer food for our special Christmas Eve.
Jackson went and checked the next morning and was pretty upset that the reindeer hadn’t eaten their food. I told him they were probably full from eating so much on actual Christmas Eve. He’s also wearing his new favorite shirt in this picture. It was a gift from Bruce and Andrew (Nanny and Paw Paw’s next door neighbors). It’s a fishing shirt exactly like the one that Bruce wears. Jack is so excited about it.
Our tree with gifts from Santa under it!
Our last baby’s first Christmas!
This is out of order but later in the day Bear pulled Lincoln’s swing over to watch The Lorax with him. So sweet!
“Christmas” morning. . . Dufus, our elf, had to leave but left the boys an Elf on the Shelf book with a goodbye letter.
Jack was very excited by the treats in his stocking.
Santa brought the boys a set of toys that all went together. They got the Imaginex castle, dragon, ogre, cannon, and all accessories. It was a HUGE hit. And even better is the fact that Santa got all of those toys for free. Yay market research!
Can you tell they were excited opening the castle?!
The cool thing about all of this stuff is that the pieces all communicate with each other. When the dragon is near the castle alarms go off etc. Pretty neat stuff.
I’m finding it pretty common that Jay is just as happy as the boys with new toys.
After playing for awhile we had a yummy breakfast.
Jack drinking his green smoothie through his new “drinking glasses.”
Happy teeny man enjoying watching his brothers play.
First Austin Christmas in the books-great day with my great family!
