With the fact that I am super behind I’m just going to summarize the first half of November with pictures.
Here’s our sweetie baby at 3 1/2 months old.
And our precious 5 year old.
Lincoln’s big brothers are always right next to him.
Lincoln’s definitely not lacking in affection from his big brothers.
Bear LOVES his new car from Nanny and Paw Paw. He drives it every day. He thinks it’s so cool that it’s just his (since most of this stuff used to be Jackson’s and is now shared.)
My little future republican. Danielle gave me this onesie for Jackson and all 3 of my boys have now worn it.
One of my neighbors owns a farm preschool near us. It’s super awesome but unfortunately out of our price range. Fortunately they have a “roots community” that we joined and get to go to play dates there each Tuesday and Thursday. This picture is from our first play date. They were celebrating a little girls second birthday. As you can see my boys jumped right in on their first day. There are about 12 or so kids in the play group.
The farm is pretty cool. Jackson loves it there.
After the election I was pretty depressed. It really threw me for a loop. I still am really sad about so many things going on in our country right now and am just praying. I’m praying for many things, not the least of which is that I will be pleasantly surprised by the decisions of our current leadership. So far that has not been the case. Lincoln wore this onesie quite a bit in the weeks following the election. I also wore all of my church shirts. Made me feel a little better. . .
These pictures were taken only minutes apart. It’s amazing how quickly my kids decide that clothes aren’t part of their current activity.
My Aunt Clare called one day to say that she and her sister Jane were in town and wanted to come by. It was so nice to have visitors and I really enjoyed having them over for dinner.
One day we flew kites at the farm school.
They have animals to feel and things to climb on etc. Going to play dates at the farm are the kids favorites weekly activities.
Bear’s favorite spot at the farm is the fence where all of the trucks are parked.
Sir Link’s A Lot. . .
The kids and I went home for the weekend for a wedding, birthday party and a 5k for pancreatic cancer (in honor of Karis Ribbe) and really enjoyed seeing mom, David and Grandmommy.
I have really loved having Lincoln in the moby wrap. It’s just such a feeling of closeness to wear him. I’m really enjoying every sleep deprived minute with my last little man.
My middle super man.
Jackson had a “royal birthday party” to go to at a tea room in Plano. He was not too excited until he realized that a suit was appropriate attire. They made Christmas wreaths, he was pretty proud of his.
Here he is with Sophia, the birthday girl.
After the party we went to Nathanial Owen’s wedding. I couldn’t get a picture of my handsome guys both looking at the camera but you get the idea.
The wedding was at the Owen’s farm and was really cool.
Bear was beside himself thrilled about the tractor outside.
The happy couple, Nathanial and Polly.
I love this picture of Bear and Bryn.
Jack of course actually started the tractor. . .not that I was surprised.
Mom and Nate.
More brotherly love.
Love my littlest super man.
The boys had so much fun with Gaga, Grandmommy and David.
