Sissy and Jaclyn took all 6 of the kids swimming one day and as you can see Bear and Lennon were definite buddies!
For Lennon’s 5th birthday I had gotten everyone (Papa, Sissy and all of the kids) tickets to the circus. When Lincoln ended up coming so late I decided not to go and luckily Jer was able to go in my place.
I was surprised to hear that Jackson sat quietly watching the entire show.
I love my family so much!
Freckles, everyone’s favorite dog!
Poor Nana travels full time these days so the kids are thrilled when they get to see her on the weekends.
Sissy and I took the kids to Bounce U one day and Papa met us up there. The kids loved that he got into the play areas with them. What a super fun Papa!
Dusty also met us at Bounce U and played with the kids. He taught Bear to play air hockey.
Although I’m pretty sure that Mia and Jackson won.
Lennon mentioned that he wanted to make a target and Papa immediately went and bought some wood at home depot. They cut the wood and then had to find round items of different sizes to trace to make the circles.
Lennon thought that the barrel of this nerf gun was perfect!
They had such a great time creating and painting their targets.
It’s so fun to see my sweet dad and what an awesome Papa he is to his grandkids.
Mia loved posing Lincoln for pictures.
She also held him most of the day. . .it was so nice!
One night we celebrated David, Mia, Lennon and Jackson’s birthdays.
I had no shortage of volunteers to hold Lincoln.
These guys cracked me up! They are true partners in crime and definite buddies.
Gaga is always the best at making my boys smile. She was working her magic with Lincoln but I couldn’t get it on camera.
And then Mia wanted a turn.
And she feel asleep holding him.
This was the last morning before taking them to the airport.
I kept coming in and finding Lincoln posed while Mia was taking pictures of him.
Then it was time for the airport. I knew it would be a scene.
Mia and Jackson were hysterical crying and Sissy tried to make them laugh by putting Lincoln in her purse and pretending to take him.
They were both bawling but Mia put on a smile for one last picture. Jack on the other hand continued to wail. There may have also been a certain post partum woman there who was pretty teary. Jenna pointed out that the 3 oldest children were crying. None of the second kids cried, I assume it’s because they are all dead inside. Haha.
What an amazing, fantastic, wonderful visit! Thank you Sissy, Mia and Lennon for everything and thank you Shelby for going without your lovies for 3 whole weeks!
