Directly after the play was Jack’s graduation. It seems hilarious that they have a graduation from preschool yet it of course made this momma emotional. Seeing my little 4 year old best friend looking so old in that cap and gown just made me realized just how quickly the last almost 5 years has passed. I have been so changed by Jackson and Baron and I would never have believed how precious moments with my kids would take my breath away. Scattered amongst the chaotic days of dishes, laundry, frustration, dirty diapers etc. are those times when you are snuggling your little one, watching them grasp a new concept, hearing “I wub you mommy” or just looking into their innocent and joyful eyes and it hits you how richly God has blessed you.
Knowing that my guy is, regardless whether he goes to kindergarten or not, now “school aged” is hard to fathom. My little Jackie is turning into such a good little man before my eyes (yes, he still gets super wild in big groups). But one on one or even just at home with the family he is so thoughtful, insightful, funny and caring. He has such a heart for God and while it thrills me to day dream about his future it also stops my heart to think just how quickly those distant days will be upon us. Definitely keeps me on my knees praying for my kids on a daily basis.
As usual, I digress, it’s amazing how pregnant blogging gets so sappy so quickly. Perhaps there should be some filters similar to those that prevent drunk dialing to prevent my hormonal hammering away at the keys. . .
Onto graduation, you can see Jack’s school picture on the front row in the middle.
The kids all signed this poster.
Here’s Jackson’s signature.
This table had all kinds of sugary treats, way too many of which Jack consumed after the festivities. I have no idea what came over me when he asked about the cookies. . .

A huge thanks to my grandmother, mom and dad who took time out of their busy days to make it to each and every one of Jack and Baron’s school plays and especially his graduation. It means so much to me that ya’ll are so involved and is such a blessing to the boys!
Jack and his best buddy Garrett.
Sweet Sophia and Jackson have been great pals in class together for the last 3 years. They’ve loved playing together at each other's houses and I’ve enjoyed planning class parties with her mother.
Chloe who told me that Jack was her BFF wanted to get a picture together.
Rachel, Jack and Chloe.
While I’m sad to leave our sweet little Christian preschool I am so happy for the years that we spent there.
