Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve morning we all woke up and the kids got into bed with us. 

Jackson was so excited that it was finally Christmas Eve!

Jackson had been begging for an mp3 player of his own but is also super thrilled anytime he is allowed to use daddy’s.

After a few hours of family time we ran a couple of errands and then went to Papa and Nana’s house.  As usual I have a ton of pictures but the holidays were just so much fun!

Jackson had really been wanting a nativity set but I couldn’t find one that was kid friendly. . .meaning not breakable.  So it was perfect when Nana and Papa got one for Jackson on Christmas Eve.  He LOVED setting it up with Nana.

Jackson was thrilled to get a pirate ship.  He’s been wanting one ever since he played with the super cool pirate set at Nanny and Paw Paw’s house at Thanksgiving.

Jackson’s pirate ship came with a dvd and the boys wanted to watch it.  After devouring tons of chick-fil-a Jackson was still hungry and ate half of my steak.  He’s definitely a growing boy!

Trying to get a family picture.  We never got a complete family picture because these don’t have the Francis family who flew in on Christmas day and we took more on New Year’s Eve but those don’t have the kiddos.  Oh well, maybe next year!

I wish we’d gotten better pictures of the 4 of us but I’ll take what I can get!
