Don't We Share Here?

Jackson: Mommy, some new bottles in Bearnon's room!
Me: Jax, those are for your brother. Nana gave him those. You are a big boy and don't need any more bottles.
Jackson: I'm going to drink out new bottle from Nana.
Me: No, Jackson that bottle isn't even put together. You don't know how to do it. Please put it back and put your shoes on.

5 minutes later Jackson comes back into my bathroom (where Jay and I were getting dressed) drinking out of the bottle which he had assembled and filled by himself.

Jackson: Look mommy, I did it myself! I like Nana's bottle!
Me: Jackson that isn't your bottle, it's for baby brother Baron, not you.
Jackson: Don't we share here? You say we share mommy.

All I could do was think that this was just the first time he will use my words against me. I guess I should just strap in because I thought he'd be older than two when this dialogue started:)

Jackson: Can I get into your tummy with Bearnon?
Me: No, Jack, you are too big. You already were in my tummy when you were tiny like Baron.
Jackson: Mommy, I'm a tiny precious baby. I'm you tiny new baby mommy.
Me: Yes, Jackson you are my precious boy but it's Baron's turn to be in my tummy.
Jackson: Can I snuggle with Bearnon in you tummy?
Me: No, but you can snuggle with Baron when he comes in a few months.
Jackson: Bearnon never shares. I always share friends and brothers. Bearnon need learn share!

Jackson is learning all about Jesus' birthday for his Christmas pagent at school so he's very interested in Jesus lately. He's asked questions like:
Does Jesus get brain freeze from poobies (smoothies)?
Does Jesus' mommy kiss his boo boos?
Does Jesus have a choo choo train?
Does Jesus sometime poop in his diaper or does he use football panties? (as a side note we are working on the whole girls=panties, boys=underwear but he doesn't fully grasp it)

I am so glad you're writing all of these down, because they can earn you a fortune someday as a book. :-)

I am sooo far behind on your blog. I've looked at pictures in the last few weeks. but things have been so crazy around here I've hardly had time to think. I've got a lot of catchng up to do it looks like. I love Jackson's interest in Jesus. I definitely think Jesus has a choo choo train.
