Tarzan

A few weeks ago Jackson took the belts from a few bath robes and tied them together.  He also tied knots in them every few inches.  He then proceeded to tie the belts to the top of the stairs and swing down like Tarzan.  I wish I could say that I was surprised. . . 
When I told him to stop and that it wasn’t safe he let me know that the knows every few inches helped his hands not to slip and that it was perfectly safe.

After that swinging morning my neighbor brought her two sweet girls over and we watched them for the day while she and her husband went to work on designing their new home.  I had 5 kids for 8+ hours and all I can say is that I could totally handle 5 kids if two of them were girls.  Granted these girls are super duper easy but man, what a difference!

After Jay got home from work we all played outside in the front yard.  While 5 kids was an easy task INSIDE the house I wasn’t comfortable watching all 5 in the street by myself.

Jay and sweet little Brynn.  Although he says that he’s terrified of girls I think that Jay would have been a pretty great girl dad.
