So, now that I’m almost 12 full months behind on the blog I am attempting to catch up. So, here’s a summary of the rest of March. . .
Caleb (Jackson’s best friend) turned 8 on March 25th so we had him over for a play date to celebrate his birthday.
Caleb’s favorite thing is science so we did several experiments.
The kids had a blast together.
Lincoln didn’t get too involved but let the boys and Clara play with minimal interruptions.
Later that week we went to a home school resurrection garden play date. All of the kids made resurrection gardens and had so much fun doing it.
Afterwards we all went on a little hike together. Lincoln especially loved it.
The last weekend in March we went to Mandy’s for a 40th birthday party for a friend.
Uncle Nick and Aunt Mandy, as always, the bests hosts ever.
This is the kids home away from home and they couldn’t be any happier there.
John and Crystal.
The piñata was a big hit. . .no pun intended. . .
The boys each got to keep ONE piece of the candy they collected. The rest we sent home with the other kids.
That night we had a bonfire and did fireworks.
Pigg was a trooper all day but exhausted from having a 40th bash with lots of kids running around all day.
Once home Jackson quickly got back into his yard business. He hired several older kids from the street to work for him and pull weeds, etc.
