Surprise!!!!

This post is WAY overdue but. . .back in September when Jay was laid off we decided that we could probably not afford to have any more babies.  So, I rounded up lots of our baby and maternity stuff and sold it in a garage sale in November.  The very next weekend (of course)  Jay and I were shocked and excited to find out that God was blessing us with another baby.  Only Jack had predicted it (and I’d told him multiple times that it wasn’t possible and wouldn’t happen) and we decided not to tell him until Christmas morning.  We had so much fun telling the grandparents by putting a bun in our oven and letting them find it.  And when I stood up  at MOMS connection most of my friends were pretty surprised.   We are currently busy getting ready for baby Adams Tres who is coming mid July.  Jay is even trying to convince me not to find out the gender this time.  I’ve agreed thus far because it does sound kind of fun but man, this will be hard!  Also, everyone is asking if we are wanting a girl and the truth is that we want a healthy baby.  I will be thrilled to have another sweet baby boy because I already have everything for boys so it will be super easy.  I will also be thrilled to have a precious baby girl because I think a daughter would be a lot of fun.  Either way we win!

And due to the fact that this pregnancy has been FAR harder than the first two and despite the fact that I LOVE babies. . .this is my LAST one!

 

Baby Adams Tres-we are so excited to meet you and it’s also pretty special to go into this knowing that you are my last baby.  I’m going to try to enjoy every second!
