Jackson's 2 Year Check Up

Jax had his two year appointment today and there were no surprises. He's 35.8 pounds (97+%) and 36.75 inches (97+%) with a BMI of 18.8. They took his blood pressure (it was so funny to see the tiny little arm band) for the first time which he thought was awesome. He requested they do it again but time didn't allow for multiple blood pressure checks:) They also took 2 vials of blood for a metal test and to check for anemia. I was really worried he would fight the nurse but he thought it was totally cool. He just watched and kept saying "whoa, mommy/daddy WHAT HAPPENED?" And then after the whole thing the nurse put on a band aid and he quietly said "ouch." I on the other hand had to be seated and given some juice because watching them take his blood almost made me pass out. He did receive one shot which he did cry for. He didn't fight though. He's been great at the dr. for the past few visits! So, our big guy is staying big and super healthy and is doing well in all areas:)
