A Glimpse into the Future. . .

Below is a post I completely forgot to ever hit "publish" on, mostly because I forgot to upload the video. It's a video from July 1st and what better time to upload than a night of insomnia:).
Anyway, I thought it was cute enough to post 2ish months later:) It's amazing to see just how much Jackson has changed and grown verbally from 22 to 24 months.

For the past two weeks almost every morning Jackson packs up his backpack with a few books and a sippy cup and hops onto either his motorcycle or his bike and announces, "bye bye, see ya yater, goin to Ellie house!" I've gotten it on film a few times but it was always on his 4 wheeler (aka motorcycle) and it has been too loud to hear him. But today he was on his non-motorized bike so hopefully you can hear what he is saying. As he says this I always feel like this is how it will be in about 14 years when he can drive. He'll be off to Ellie's (I'll have to get Adrienne's cinnamon roll recipe if I ever want to see my son during his teen years.) But I just love how much he loves Ellie and the Hirst family!
