Friday was our last full day of camp and we definitely made the most of it.
In the afternoon we went to do the zip line and breath taker.
The kids were super excited about the zip line.
I loved getting to see Lennon’s sweet smile each day.
Buddies about to climb up the stairs with their gear.
When the boys started the climb Lennon got very frustrated and upset about carrying his equipment. Jackson immediately said, “don’t worry, I’ll carry it for you!” So Jack carried Lennon’s stuff each time they did the zip line. Not having ever had cousins my age it’s so fun for me to see them be so sweet to each other, that is, when they are not clobbering each other.
It was a pretty serious hike for them even without the equipment.
Jack and Lennon at the top.
Mia and Bear cheering from below. They were going to have a turn after Lennon and Jack.
They loved it! Jackson, of course, turned upside down and hung by his feet (totally safe in the harness). He promptly got in trouble and was told not to do it again. Ah, my little stunt man.
Jack loves creatures. . .
Mia about to jump.
Mia Michelle, always happy!
Jackson doing the breath taker.
My fear of heights kicked in at the top but just like with sky diving. . .I powered through it!
My fearless husband.
After taking the plunge I quickly ran up the stairs to do it again.
Lennon was a rock star adventure man.
Baron decided against the zip line and was very unhappy after that. Poor little guy was exhausted and it was definitely starting to get to him.
It was so fun to be with Gaga all week. Jay and I loved it and the kids were thrilled have her with us on vacation.
After the ropes adventures, I went to the pool with Jackson. He was a little bit obsessed with “slide-a-saurus.”
It’s so nice that Jack swims like such a fish.
Lincoln was a serious trooper all week. He was, of course, getting up to nurse multiple times each night but he was very good natured all day despite missing so many naps.
Jay had the brilliant idea to bring Jackson’s Star Wars tent and to put Lincoln’s pack n play inside of it to make it darker for his sleeping. I think that played a part in this big smile as well.
Friday night was, “Bright, Light, Friday Night!” and we all dressed accordingly.
Each of the kids got a character award from their counselors. Here Lennon is being given his.
Lennon’s award was very accurate (despite his last name being spelled incorrectly) saying that he was adventurous and gregarious
Counselors were always offering to hold Lincoln. It was so nice to have such a break and still so much family time!
The boys classes all had a performance. They were all so cute in performing their Bible verses etc.
Mia with her group picture.
One of my favorite pictures of two of my favorite ladies!
Mia and her camp BFF.
Lincoln with his favorite counselors. . .
That night they had an ice cream party.
Jack with one of his camp buddies who asked me to take her picture with him.
Friday night became an all out party. Bounce houses, face painting, blasting music, games, dancing, etc. We had a ball!
And for the professional pictures. . .
Lincoln in the rollie pollies room:
The CEO, Mario Zandstra, came and baptized one of the kids at camp. Very cool.

Friday was a super fun, full, exhausting and wonderful day!
