The Red Balloon and Blueberries

Yesterday I had to get some cleaning supplies (yes, I know shocker that I've somewhat learned to clean) at the Dollar Store. While I was in line to check out Jackson got hysterical laughing at the mylar balloons. He was amazed by them! I figure there won't be too many times I can make Jackson's day with just one dollar so of course we walked out with one. I had no idea just how happy I had made him. He played with the balloon for the ENTIRE DAY!

The beloved balloon!

Trying to crawl under the slide with the balloon.

Taking a break to figure out how to get the balloon under the slide.

Kissing the balloon after successfully getting through.

Admiring his adorable reflection.

This morning Jackson was thrilled to realize that the balloon was still here! In addition to him being so happy lately he's also eating really well. He has added blueberries, grapes, cheese, turkey, and many other foods to the list of what he loves. He's even happily eating my homemade baby food now!

His favorite balloon just made his morning!

Kissing the balloon.

Getting ready to crawl under the slide with the balloon in tow. . .again!

Hey Hill,

Its been a really long time since we have talked. In the process of rebuilding my computer (sucks) and going through email I found this site link. Amazing that Jackson is now 9 months old. WOW! Things go well here in NYC. Courtney and I are going to Germany this week (she has to go for work I am going to tag along). Also, we are headed to Vegas for some R&R at the end of July. Hope all is well in Adams's land.
