Jackson is doing quite well these days. He's recovered from his first ear infection (without the use of anitbiotics-thanks for the advice Jenna!) and getting bigger every day. When Mandy was here for the weekend he waved good bye to her (his first wave) which was really sweet. Also last night he kissed me for the first time:) It was of course a big drooling open mouth kiss but still so much fun. He's socializing with his toys these days and really enjoying those that make noise. When ever I give him a stuffed animal he gets really excited and talks to it and then hugs it repeatedly before deciding to suck on its arm or leg.
On Tuesday we went to our first "mommy group" organized by Adrienne and it was apparent that he will keep me on my toes when he walks. I'm in NO rush! The other moms were very amused by how active he has become. He's a very happy and fun baby but definitely a wild man. These days he's getting into the crawling position and rocking but not yet crawling. And he's still rolling from one room to the other any time I put him down!
And as you can see from the pictures he's extremely expressive. . .and funny.

Oh my gosh! He is crazy! I cannot wait to see these kids as two year olds with all their personality and talking and everything. I can't believe yall are going to be here in three days! WooHoo!!!
